–Thursday to Saturday night 6 pm to 8.30 pm (or depending on number of customers)
-Monday night 5 pm to 8 pm
-Closed : Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights (closed on January 1st and 2nd)

The young Chef Matis Degani, influenced by his Alsatian grandmother’s cooking and trained under Chef Christian Beaulieu, loves to work with local products from the region. He creates fresh and diversified menus inspired by the market gardener’ seasonal harvest. Your tastebuds explore and your heart feel at home. Reminiscent of the French Alps, the two dining rooms are portals to an authentic vintage universe.
