The Inn

Rooms are available from 4pm.

We respect the instructions of the Public Health which asks us to keep the rooms empty a minimum of 3 hours between each customer. Taking the room is therefore not possible until 4 pm. You can arrive earlier to enjoy the pool (see our reception schedules).

The check out is 11 am maximum

Schedules are from 9 am to 12 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm, 7 days a week

As the owner, Patricia, is the only one managing the reception, she has limited her daily schedules to be able to be present 7 days a week. She won’t be on site between 12pm and 4pm. Do not hesitate to contact her, on her cell available at the door, if you arrive earlier than 4 pm to enjoy the pool.

All rooms at the Inn do not have television. There is one available in the solarium.

We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the Inn. It also works by the pool.

No, pets are not allowed at the Inn.

The Inn has 11 rooms. The majority are on the 2nd floor: economic/queen/king rooms and the queen suite. The Queen Superior room and Queen Patio suite are located under the main floor (basement/garden floor).

We don’t have an elevator.

Yes, for 2nd floor rooms: Economy/Queen/King and Queen Suite.

The “superior” rooms all have a small fridge: king/queen superior and 2 suites.

All our rooms have carpet. A deep cleaning is carried out at each end of the summer/winter season.

Yes, the inside and outside common areas are accessible to all, while respecting of course the instructions:

  • Outside: 20 people maximum per table
  • Inside: 10 people maximum or occupants of three private residences per table (the customer register must be completed beforehand)

A minimum of 2 nights can be requested over the weekend. That’s why the system will tell you that there is no availability and that you have to change your dates of stay.

Cancellation policy

  • Free cancellation up to 3 days
  • 3 days or less : the total amount is charged

  • Early departure: no refund

Restaurant facilities

The pandemy and labour shortage did not spare our establishment. The restaurant is closed.

No, not on site. We are in partnership with Le Cafetier (2 minutes by car, on the Main Street) which offers you 10% discount on full breakfast. The coupons will be given to you upon arrival.

Their breakfast menu is available 7 days a week, from 7am to 11am on weekdays and from 7am to 2pm on weekends.

We have a list of our colleagues available at the reception, as well as a binder with an idea of their menus for those who prefer a takeout option and enjoy our patio.

Remember to book! They are still limited in terms of their capacity.

We have, at your disposal, in our solarium:

  • Keurig coffee machine
  • microwave
  • toaster
  • all the dishes (plates, utensils, wine glasses…)
  • Yes, at the same time as the reception
  • We offer a small selection of snacks: chips, walnut mixes… ($)
  • We have a selection of beer in barrels and bottles as well as a wine list and strong alcohol

Yes, for consumption in your room only.

No, because of our liquor license, all alcoholic beverages consumed in the indoor AND outdoor common areas must be purchased at the bar.

  • Towels are available free of charge
  • Covid-19 measure: We are asking you to disinfect the chaise longue before AND after your visit. A spray is provided.

Yes, only one available and suitable for all types of electric cars.

No, the Inn does not offer these services.


No, whether you took the activities as a package or in addition to the room only, the Inn will make the reservations for you.

The sooner, the better, to ensure you have as much choice as possible: type of boat/bike and schedules.

For example, our partner Canoë & Co suggests that we make reservations 2 weeks in advance so that you have the choice of boat and schedules.

We will follow up with you, by emailing you with the information we will need to make the booking.

The Inn is a 2 minute drive from Mont Sutton (ticket online for the mountain bike).

Yes, we have the Brome-Missisquoi and Eastern Townships bike maps available at the Inn or click on the links to view them.

No, tickets can be purchased online at parcsutton.com. Daily access is limited.

About 20 minutes by car from the majority of the vineyards. The nearest vineyard, Domaine Bresée, is less than 10 minutes away.

No, not for this year. Check directly with the vineyards to find out which ones offer tastings. We will soon be updating a list at the Inn. It will be available at the reception.
